Help with Email Verification

I decided to reactivate several accounts. I thought I had all the info needed (username & password). Well, I did and two of the accounts worked fine because they are associated with my current email address, however two are associated with an older email address that no longer exists. So those two accounts send a verification code to an email address that no longer exists.

I opened a support ticket Thursday and received an automated response saying it would be reviewed by support staff. Well, I haven't received any communications at all. That's 4 days.

I know there was a big issue with the new email verification back in November after the patch, but I thought most of the backlog would have been cleared out by now. Is this an unusually long time to not hear back from a live GM? Seems like this is a simple procedure. Just update my two accounts with my current email address.

Unfortunately this is a normal response time. Ugh You've already waited longer than I've ever had to - hopefully they will get to you any moment.

To be fair my 4 days spanned a weekend. Not sure if customer support is staffed (or at least not fully staffed) 24x7.
