Rorqual pilot searching safe mining corp that have superb protection.

Hello, I will drive Rorqual soon with top 5 excavator drones + some nice fittings and I'm talking with few of my other friends that will drive Rorqual soon after I find a safe haven I'm planning to inject them with needed skill setup for the same setup, we would eat one asteroid belt probably in short time. Is there any solid mining corp that have superb protection ? or any corporation that can guarantee protection for my mining I would pay a good amount of ISK for protection. Anyone that join with me can only have win-win situations I'm talking about billions of ISK. Maybe best would be if I can find the strongest corp at 0 sec that dominates that part of the universe and contribute to them with constant big ISK flow.
