I'm getting a lot of connection resets by CREST servers. Anyone else experiencing this?

Before each call i refresh token - only this way this thrash works... Try reset access token each time, maybe it will help...

Something is definitely not right. More and more users are complaining about resets after the last update.

Has anyone submitted a bug report? I'll wave it at the relevant people.

I have been having a similar issue.

When making requests, in my Ruby on Rails rake task using open-uri, to the XML API I will get

An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. - SSL_connect

Some things i noticed. It is windows XML API specific error. Running same task on my Linux server works perfectly. Requesting the same endpoint in chrome or postman works perfectly. Only when i am running the rake task on windows do i encounter this error. Only on endpoints to the XML API, CREST/ESI are fine.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Narrowed it down to be ruby/rake/rails specific. Python is able to read the XML API just fine.
EDIT2: Narrowed it down to the rake file. Created a function in a Ruby helper method and it returned fine as well.

I'm getting reports ESI is throwing a lot of internal server errors. We might not have a reliable api for market data atm.

XML API has been extremely ropey for days too.

Is there any development on that issue? I'm getting poorer by the minute.
