If you don't know how to check, that someone might help you with. No one is going to do the work for you though.

You're looking for a lowsec system or a hisec system behind a lowsec system.

Those have low tax rates for a reason. Sneaking ships in and out of those is a little more interesting, especially if the local pirates get your schedule right even once.
