Hey, I am quite new to this game and started researching and manufacturing in a high-sec engineering complex,
so i have all my BPOs and the materials in that station. But since it is private owned I ask myself what would happen
if the owner revoked my docking rights. So my question, is this possible and would I still have access to my stuff
and be able to transport it away? Thx in advance.

A few things can happen:

- owner can block access
- the services (manufacturing, market, clone bay, etc.) require fuel to upkeep and can be disabled
- citadel can be attacked and destroyed

In all cases, or even with a fully functional citadel, you have the option of Asset Safety, which will get your hangar stuff out of the citadel and into the nearest NPC station, after a 5-day waiting period.

if the citadel gets destroyed while you have production jobs going, the raw materials (minerals, etc.) drop as loot; blueprints get handled via Asset Safety. If the owner offlines or stops the production services, you can manually cancel your production / research jobs and the blueprints drop back to hangar so you can handle them with Asset Safety.

So I understand correctly, that asset safety also comes in place if i got blocked from access to that EC?

If the EC gets destroyed, Asset Safety automatically kicks in.

Otherwise you can manually choose Asset Safety at any time, blocked or not.

Okay, thanks for the clarification.
