Set up Decryptors so they can be compared in the Compare Tool.

Not much to say about this one, other than a bit of surprise that Decryptors aren't already comparable in the Compare Tool. Any chance those could be added?

Considering how they are already set up I'm not sure how easy this would be. If its not hard to do I say go for it but it's not worth spending a lot of time on

Yeah. One would hope that they aren't designed in such an odd way in the database as to be a challenge to show in the Compare Tool, but I've seen some code-related things in the past that have caused me to do a double- (and triple-) take.

Good idea.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Why in the hell would Dev's waste time doing this?
Open the market up for decryptors and you can see the stats of all of them under groups.
