Hello. How old transactions I can find in https://api.eveonline.com/char/WalletTransactions.xml.aspx? My account have only ~1500 transactions for past 30 days and i have no way check in practice) May I get all transactions since account was created? Even very old account transactions?

For walletjournal i can get all transactions for previous month (i see it in documentation). What about wallettransactions? All transactions or only for previous month too?

P.S. If someone can provide me access for your wallettransaction api (more than 3000 transactions\month), please write me pm :D I would be very grateful!

You would have to walk the API backwards to get previous entries. Check out this link on how to do that.
