Looking to buy a pretty barebones Nidhoggur pilot. Needs to have decent shield+fighter skills and around 20-25mil-ish SP.

The last few I've seen have sold for 15-19B so I'm looking for offers around 15bil ISK. May be able to go higher depending on the character, but I'm not looking for perfect skills.
