Backup power generation if fuel runs out, it is less inefficient, recharges slowly over time. Space in the Citadels+Engineering Complex will be used up to install the "Solar Energy Recharge System". Surrounding Light energy from Stars, is captured by it.

No. If you can't be bothered to fuel your stuff, then you don't deserve to use the modules.

you can litteraly put as much fuel as you can afford into these things. there is no excuse for not being able to fuel it

If you forget to put fuel in your car does it run?

This doesn't even hold up from a realism standpoint. These things take absolutely absurd amounts of power to run, you'd need a solar collector the size of a planet to even do "emergency power" on those modules a few times a week.

Consider that your 'back up power' is what runs shields, docking bay force fields, weapons & life support already.
Back up power is just that, not power to run the primary factories and automated warehouses (ala markets)
