Some spend this technologically-enhanced existence gathering resources from the wonder that is space and / or meticulously building amazing things knowing full well it will all go to feed the slobbering beast of the ever-turning cosmic murderwheel.

We stare into the abyss as we traverse the vast emptiness between distant stars over and over.

The ones who are smiling are the ones who have gone mad.

You wish to join them? You will. We all will.

The only escape is to embrace the cold beauty of the unfeeling machine.

Resistance is futile.

You can smile, but you have to work the entire face to do it. The root issue is that the teeth are not properly in the head.

Smiling requires three sets of muscles. The character creator partially imitates the function of one of those sets only. That's why we can't pull an actual smile, since we don't have any control on the lips.

(Be noted that the character model haves teeth, gums and tongue, but maybe their interaction with the lips was too complex and designers left it pending for future iterations which obviously never happened and never will happen)
