I made this character in 2010 to get some help in probing sites on a second account, but I no longer have a need for it and haven't touched it since 2012ish. 1 ISK in the wallet, no kill rights. The pod's sitting in nullsec, but with no implants I can pop it to highsec if you'd wish before the transfer. 0.0 sec standing since it almost completely did probing / scanning / can opening / etc. There is a neural and bonus remap available.
