[Service] Reliable Inexpensive Hauling for Smaller, Slower Loads

Is there any interest in the following hauling service? The advantage over independent haulers is that we would make sure your package is delivered in the agreed time frame. A cheaper public contract might or might not get picked up. Let me know what you think. Willing to consider feedback and counterproposals.

Xtra small, up to 700 m3, 300K/jump/billion of collateral, x2 for each low sec system

Small, 701- 1900 m3, 350K/jump/billion, x2 for each ls

Medium, 1901-12500 m3, 400K/jump/billion, x2 for each ls

Large, 12501-62500, 450K/jump/billion, x3 for each ls

3 days to accept, 3 days to deliver
Max collateral 4 billion
Will pick up in Cit's and ECs if we can dock first but only deliver to NPC stations
