What ship is the icon for cloaking devices?

I've been wondering about this and I can't seem to find an answer. It's obviously not any of the ships that are currently in the game, but has CCP ever showed or said anything about it? Old concept art that didn't make it into the final game? Even what faction/ship class/etc it was supposed to be? Or did someone just draw a generic spaceship when they were making the icons, with no reference to anything in the actual game?

Probably a literally 5-minute design just for the icon. I know it's also used in a few other places, like some salvage icons if I recall.

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

Friend ship is not afk cloaking in your system (well maybe sometimes, but that looks like stalking).
