New Depot sizes

I think we could use something smaller than citadels, but bigger than personal depots, and can be a little less personal.

These new depots would come in three sizes: small, medium, and large.
They would all have a 24 hour reinforcement timer, larger anchor and un-anchor timers than a personal depot, and an on-lining timer along with fuel block usage because of their size and greater utility.

These depots can't be docked in, but can operate in 3 modes:
personal standings or white list (if launched for self),
or corporate where it operates like a corporate hanger with permissions.

The new depots would be able to store ship, items, and allow refitting, and the fuel bay able to hold 30 days of fuel.
When it runs out of fuel it won't enter a reinforcement period and people can only access the fuel bay.

The purpose of these is to have something bigger than a personal depot while allowing for small teams to operate and share storage without needing corporate roles or require someone logged in and sitting afk in an orca.

These also allow for other spy or traitor shenegains as your spy can restock your depot in hostile territory or you could access your spy's depot for ships/fuel/etc.

As for why allowing to work on a whitelist or personal standings is because corporate roles can't be based on location. it's either all or nothing so this would allow for some better flexibility and co-operation while preventing that new guy from jettisoning all the ships from the POS, or requiring a separate corp for wormholes.

Edit: they would have the same 24 hour reinforce timer like the personal depot.

This would make getting scam/spy characters in the black wallet-wise so much easier. Agreedo

This would pretty much be the only interesting reason to have something like this. Little covert caches, though I don't like them being invulnerable for so long. Maybe a thing similar to a mobile depot. A covert mobile depot that doesn't show who it belongs to, requires fuel to run and can only store 7 days worth at once. No docking, only refitting and storing a select amount of cargo. Anything more would just get too powerful.
