Hawler Spawns and faction Spawns non existant since november patch

Before the November patch belt ratting would result in a hauler spawn, faction spawn ect... If you were lucky. The odds were quite low The last time I have seen a NPC hauler spawn, not the crappy NPC mining fleets was the 20th of November. I have killed 10's of thousands of rats since then and can verify that this has been nerfed.

Edit: Looking through the NPC faction spawn has been less then 10 since nov 20th, where it used to come once a night while ratting for hours.

Wants to note as well that only 1/3 of the belts are filled with NPC's at any given time.. :(
