A trusted third party such as Chribba can be used for contract payments at your request.

(TunDraGon reserves the right to decline contracts based on target and intel)

PS would you allow the use of a trusted third part such as chribba to hold the isk until contract completion if his fee is paid by the client?

Thanks for the +1. Yes we can absolutely use Chribba or a trusted third party for contract payments.
