NPC Mining Operations - High Standings +5 RF Triggers

Only way to use this mechanic is to trigger it with a alt character on a different account or a chance of warping in on someone attacking a mining group.

Idea

I would suggest changing it to exactly how attacking the miners trigger the reinforcement wave. If a player (with high standings +5 to npc mining corp) is next to a npc mining operation and is attacked by another player, the RF Wave should trigger and attack whoever is attacking the player and heal the player ship if needed from the logi.
