CCP are you lost your mind?

Why I HAVE TO pay for account for real money to create application in https://developers.eveonline.com You do realize that it's break all api?

Where you saw that Facebook ask buy some ads and after that they allow create application, or maybe in tweeter? Where? Why ccp brokes everything, your new generation of developers - is idiots, they do not help community at all, they make thing harder - because think that something should be changed... =\

PS: Im playin eve about 6-7 years, without credits cards on any account (about 10 accounts), OKAY!?!?!? And not gonna use it now. Really wtf you are doing with my eve?

You only have to pay _once_.

I suspect it's come out of Legal. So they have some idea of who you actually are.

Been an moron is out of Legal in EVE.
Been in CSM and have such thoughts - man you are really limited. About 60% (my thoughts) of eve accounts has no attached credits cards because you have plexes and friends. That's a point of invites. Okay? You have thoughts... Why you CSM? Ahahahahahaha...
