In deference to the strongly held sentiments of a certain pilot of my acquaintance, this year's anniversary One Million Slave Sacrifice has been cancelled. It is therefore necessary that I find some alternate means of glorifying God, one that would cause the pilot in question at least an order of magnitude less anguish than the One Million Slave Sacrifice. I believe that I have found at least a preliminary solution.

I have obtained a supply of several thousand Refugees, Homeless, Militants, Captives, Caldari Prisoners of War, and other such displaced persons. These will NOT be enslaved; they will be provided food, water, bedding, and other basic care. They will, however, be instructed in the True Faith, and they will glorify God in the performance of rituals according to the Takmahl texts using my collection of Takmahl Holy Statues. When a ritual sacrifice is required — and out of deference to the afore mentioned pilot who has a great sensitivity to such rites, I shall not over-perform them — it will be made of sick, criminal, and suicidal slaves sourced from SCC markets on a just-in-time basis — recall that the Blood Liturgy does not require the sacrifice to be of any particular quality, for the liturgy itself makes the slave a worthy sacrifice unto a holy and righteous God.

I hereby invite all pilots of New Eden to contribute to the spread of the Faith and the glorifying of God by selling me your displaced persons, for which purpose buy orders of Refugees and Homeless have been opened in Mehatoor offering 10,000 ISK per unit — the highest buy order for these persons in New Eden. Contracts offering these and the other displaced persons mentioned above will also be accepted.

Q: Are you going to indoctrinate your displaced persons with brainwashing and TCMCs?
A: No. The Faith will be taught by conventional methods. I have thousands of slavers on hand capable of teaching the faith, and with no slave colony to manage, these slavers are available for personalized instruction.

Q: How do I know you aren't going to torture these displaced persons?
A: I will offer qualified members of SFRIM and other humanitarian organizations the right to inspect the facilities within reason.

Q: Isn't this just another kind of slavery?
A: No Vitoc, TCMCs, glaive collars or similar will be used on these displaced persons. After having been taught the Faith and having performed the rites for some time, these persons will be released back into the general population, where it is hoped that they will continue spreading the word of Naupliusism.

Q: Why would Sani Sabik take in failed, undesirable persons like Homeless and Refugees?
A: I blend Sani Sabik and Amarr beliefs. In particular, these displaced persons, properly instructed, may be the first step to a "commoner" class of Nauplius disciples, below the fully initiated Chosen savants but above Minmatar slaves. By grafting in a little Amarrian-style hierarchy to the Faith, I may mitigate the criticism that Sani Sabik beliefs lead to unstable societies.

Hmm. I mean, if you can outbid the continuous need for workers on the Black Rise frontier, there's a massive population of gutter-class undesirables on the outskirts of the State, and I doubt anybody but the most bleeding of hearts would bat an eye if somebody quietly took the garbage out.

EDIT: I would start by trying to get the Citizen POWs back to the State. They deserve to return to their old station in life, not to be bought and sold like so much cattle. Also, I suspect looking to their best interest would greatly increase your luck in any negotiations with the Caldari...
