So I just installed the client for the first time in several years. I am running it on a Windows 10 machine that can easily run any triple A game at 60+ fps.

When I click play nothing happens. If I use the server list drop down and select play on tranquility the game launches but I get the following error on log in.

Login through the EVE Online Client front end is disabled. Please use the EVE Launcher to log in at all times.

Please advise.

yeah, i cant get this running on my alternative machine:

i5-4590
16GB DDR3
GTX 550ti SLI


just nothing.. literally nothing happens, no logged events occur either. huh?

runs fine on my other pc

i7-6700k
32GB DDR3
R9 390X

successfully loaded client back when alt. machine only had 1 550ti.
