Please take the time to read the following points before going any further.


- We only accept corps who are willing to join our renter alliance after having been vetted.


- All SOV will be held by The-Culture and is non-negotiable.


- Citadels are negotiable depending on system.


- All stations are open for everyone in the renter alliance for refining etc.


- R64s are not open for renters. If there are free R32s renters can tower them but are obligated to give them up in case the moon will be needed by us at some point. Anything below R32 is open for the corps.


- Pocos can be deployed by the renter corps in their system/s


- We have the capacity to buy Minerals and other commodities


- The-Culture will take action against anyone that attacks the SOV or the structures of the client.


- The-Culture does not however take responsibility for roaming gangs, campers (we do have procedures in place if there are), Wormholes or the closing of wormholes and are concidered day to day issues when living in null sec. However we will try to assist where possible.


- Payments are due to the 1st of each month. weekly payments are not possible
