Forum suggestion: Stickied threads don't autolock

Pretty much what the title says.
There are stickies at the top of almost every subforum, but most of them are locked.
What''s the point of having a thread stickied if no one can post in it any more?
Simply removing the autolock-function (after 3 months I think) for stickies should be an easy fix to this problem.

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.
