citadel contract histories

currently, players and corps have contract histories. I would like to see citadels get contract histories as well. This information is invaluable to haulers in making decisions about whom to haul for and now with this change which citadels to haul to.

Yawn,  I'm right as usual. The predictability kinda gets boring really.

Aren't they making it so you can put items into a citadel w/of needing to dock?
