Good for eve starter who intend to go PVE or PVP. ( You can fly rokh, naga, ferox with everything T2, also you could convert to study armour then more of the Gallente ships you can go....you could hv a try a T2 gunnery T2 shield vindicator , a lv4 mission killer^_^ Machriel also can fly, but no T2 L projectile gun V, 18days to go research)
