I have a specific pilot I'd like to buy, looking for the following:

- As many Trade skills to IV or V as possible
- Ability to run a Blockade Runner/Deep Space Transport

Bonus:
- Contracting Skills
- Ability to fly Freighter (JF not necessary)

My budget is 8b, but I'm not looking to spend it all if it's not necessary.
