Copying UI settings across chars/accounts

Had to re-install EvE on a new PC and went through all the hassle of setting up all my settings/windows/keybinds etc for my main char.
But now my issue is I have a bunch of other chars to do this with and I really don't want to have to mess around on each one. (at least I can copy overview across chars)

How can I make this happen?

its doable .. just some manual work copy-pasteing files and filenames ..

would wrote a tutorial, but the old ones out there still work .. etc

little manual work the first time but its better then trying to resize windows by hand :)
