Unable to logon to Singularity as Omega Clone

I'm not sure why, but when I logon to Singularity, it says I'm an alpha clone and I'm unable to logon more than one account. I put in a ticket but was asked to post here to resolve. Can someone help me with this? Thanks in advance.

Got the very same problem. Got 212 mill sp but cant even fly a hauler because it tells me that i am on a alpha clone ???

If this is the case then CCP owns me a lot of money because all my accounts are payed..

What's the point with a test server if you cant test anything ?

Log in to the test server and write /omega in the chat window.

Your subscription does not guarantee you access to Singularity. Singularity is a testing server. It operates based on the needs of the developer. Its not a test server for players. It IS a test server for CCP to try out different features and patches. Players are invited to Singularity to add real world conditions to the testing grounds.

Use the command /Omega to switch your account to Omega status.
