Small Weapon Damage buff - Wolf Rayet

I know I am probably clutching at straws here but does the above WH effect in Wolf Rayet's effect small POS guns? I couldn't find a concrete answer anywhere so I thought I'd ask here.

no, wormhole effects dont apply to structures - full hardener pos in a pulsar or a deathstar pos in a magnetar would be op

There is no EWAR-bonuses left in magnetars. CCP took them out after the infinite gun -issue.

only player ships are affected by star effects like pulsar/magnetar.cataclysmic/red giant/wolf rayet etc. sleepers and structures does not benefit from wormhole star effects

Okay, thanks. Is it quite common practice for fleets with small weapons, such as Confessors, to be used for POS sieges in Wolf Rayet systems? I was thinking they may not be tanky enough but they's also receive an armor buff in that type of system too.
