[request] Allow the launcher to cache the images it uses.

A bit of background. I'm on a VERY slow connection but with very good ping. usually 8-12/KBsec 100ms response time.

This is more than enough to run eve while i'm playing but every time the launcher starts or is refreshed it has to download about 4-5MB of data before it will even try to load my accounts. this results in it timing out over and over so I cannot connect 90% of the time.

If you could program it to connect to the account server first before it downloads any images or cache the images it downloads it would fix my issues.

I know it's a big request but if you could fit that in sometimes i would really appreciate it.
