The rookie help channel is great. On topic, helpful people answering. But with account more than 30 days old, not available. The english help channel is terrible. There are half a dozen or so people who treat it as an off-topic chat room, and make a determined effort to keep it off topic. I assume they do it there instead of an actual off topic chat room because they want a captive audience of those seeking help, and nobody else will listen to their r. The endless spam is reminiscent of chat channels from other MMOs, to the point that being in it isn't feasible due to the frustration involved, and the channel does not serve its intended purpose as a source of help.

Any chance of having a channel actually for helping those with accounts beyond 30 days old? Either by creating one, or by policing the idiots who refuse to treat the current one with any sort of respect?
