No Warning When Omega Status Expires

So today i logged in on my alt to check the progress of my skill training and i noticed that he was not training skills at all because he was downgraded to Alpha! I didnt get any notification about this! I wasted skill training time Ugh Before Ascension you got 2 warning emails when your account was about to expire, now ... nothing.

EDIT: I checked spam folder just to be sure. I got no emails from CCP in the last 3 days.

I think the email is sent 7 days prior to an account expiring...

My spam mails get deleted after 3 days, so maybe the 1st warning was deleted.

Before Ascension you got 2 warnings though. The first 7 days before, the second 24h before expiration date. I definitely havent got the 2nd warning.

The subscription of my other alt, which i created with GTC on the 14h of November, expires in 1h. Again no warning. (Yes i checked the spam folder.)
