Any suggestions on a date and an activity?

I don't know what the activity should be, but I can suggest a menu item for "Tuberfield" Day .....

Hail Tuberfield 07. I'm getting a T-shirt with a Tuber printed on it. The tuber will most likely be in a field. Perhaps the field will be on top of the eve monument........... Maybe the tuber will be holding a light sabre.
