Not Rats as in Pirate, but Rat as in

I am not talking standard issue rusty ships - I mean ragtag, partially assembled, "millenium falcon" , retrofitted hulls. These would work quite well with ore ships - think retrievers with flanking containers of different colors, varied rust, patched repairs, etc.

Or graffity!

Frankly there is no excuse that every single minmatar ship in the game doesn't come with a selection of rat rod skins.
