While being warped scramble i warped away and told the guy that he can suck it.

He responded with : Reported.

Is he just being overly salty or is trash talking to someone who you just slipped away from against the EULA?

He is either being salty, or his plan to make you worry enough about his threat to make a post about it on the forums was a huge success.

Nothing you've outlined breaks the EULA.
