Hello everyone!
If someone would be able to do HQ incursions on it's own, how much isk he would get after one site? If a fleet of 40 members get 31 mil per character, then one character would get 40*31 mil ISK in total per every site?

If you open the journal and go to the incursion tab and the encounters sub tab, there are handy charts with all of this information.

In summary Incursions have a minimum pilot amount to recieve any payout whatsoever, a single pilot completing any HQ site would receive 0 ISK and LP.

"True Power Provisional Headquarters" and "True Creations Research Center" require 20-40 pilots in highsec and 20-60 pilots in nullsec/lowsec and pays out 45mil * 0.7 ISK and 10,000 * 0.7 LP in highsec and the full 45mil and 10,000 ISK in low/null. The multiplier is reduced if slightly more/less than the optimal number of pilots is used

What a single pilot would likely get trying to solo a HQ incursion is blown up.

I think there was a fit that could tank one, think it was a vargur with triple xl asb, bastion, crystals, gang links, and blue pill. That said I don't think it could kill a single ship, and not sure how it would work with on grid links.

Any ship capable of doing it would lose isk doing a site purely on ammo cost. Not to mention, below the minimum of 20 people for payout you're getting less than 31.5mil (in highsec), in fact you get paid ~zero.
The payout for a site isn't split amongst people
i.e. [total amount / [people on grid] , it's if (number in fleet on grid >20 and <40) = [x amount * multiplier] per person.
