Loyalty point issue

I am not knew but I don't seem to be able to spend my loyalty points anymore, there has to be something I am missing.
I select the Item I want and nothing but that's as far as I seem to get, can someone help me out please?

Make sure you are in a station of the appropriate corp.
Check the other costs, often there is an additional isk, badges, ships, or modules that are required to purchase a LP item in addition to the LP cost.

Thanks for replying so quickly, but I tried everything I can think of, I know that I have required loyalty points and the isk and there are no other items listed, it is Caldari Navy LP and I am in a corresponding station, the same place I have purchased these very items before.

I appreciate the help though, maybe I have to re-log?

seems like one of those times where a screenshot might help. Everything about the LP store looks normal today, but I haven't tried buying anything.

try clicking on the right edge of your window and dragging it out to widen it. It looks like your window might have been clipped.

Edit: never mind it was me as I suspected the window wasn't open wide enough for me to see the buy option.

It's not a waste of time at all. Someone else might have that problem and see your post, and the only reason I thought that might be the problem is because I've wondered what was wrong with the LP window once or twice myself.

Question comes up multiple times a day in help chat. Most likely the window isn't expanded large enough on the right side to see the "buy" button. Been that way for a long time in chat.
