By default the Locked targets on the UI are anchored to the 'Selected Item' box. These targets can be moved by finding and dragging the 'Target List Anchor' to another position. One regrettable thing about this though, is that it seems there is no natural way to re-anchor the Target List back to any of the Window boxes. This may be fine for those who keep their UI and game screen size consistent but if you are constantly changing things like I am, the inability to re-anchor that list can really become tiresome, as it needs to be re-altered with each simple change of the screen

Is there a way I can manually re-anchor the Target List Anchor to the Selected Item box, or other UI windows? Or is the only way of doing this by resetting the UI back to default?

While that is definitely a good video, it didn't answer the question I asked, only confirmed that "Yes you can move the target list and change the orientation, and here is how you do it" It touched nothing on anchoring the "Target List Anchor" to other items in the UI, or how to get it back to being anchored, once it has been moved.

And yet after the Target List has been moved, resizing of the game window causes the Target List to lose any orientation it has with right-aligned windows, yet when it is still set by default, it will never change from being aligned next to the Selected Item Box. It seems to me that this is due to it being attached to it.
