email authentification issue

I am unable to log into Singularity because it is trying to send the authentication email to a dead address.

When the November patch came out, I was unable to log into Tranquility because of this same issue. Customer service ticket 307433 fixed this issue by Support changing my email to my current email, however, it seems as though that change was not pushed to my Singularity account.

Today, I made a ticket with customer service (350501) and they informed me that they are unable to make any changes to my information on Singularity, and that this is an issue to bring up on this forum.

If you could please change the information on my singularity account to be the same as my tranquility account so that I may log in to Singularity.

If I read the Dev Post Sticked in this forum correctly, this issue should be resolved in the January Mirror.
