This year was rich with events that give promise for the future, from the debut of the Upwell Consortium’s Citadels with their expanded potential for colonization, the coronation of a new Amarr empress with a reputation for forward thinking, and the introduction of Alpha cloning technology with its subsequent influx of capsuleers.
