Could I suggest the anomalies that "some" wh's have be randomized and distributed through all known wh's. Maybe have their system effects changed daily after downtime?. I think this would create a nice addition and challenge for wh players in general and also provide an authentic feel to gameplay. We all know space is ever changing while never constant - so lets make this happen inside wh's please :)IdeaIdeaIdeaIdeaIdeaIdeaIdea

If you need to remind players EVE is a pvp game, there may be an underlying problem rooted so deeply you tend to ignore the obvious.

They already do this.

Quick lesson on anomaly mechanics. When an anomaly spawns, it starts a timer of about a week. Now, when you run an anomaly, a new one instantly spawns in some random system within the same region. If no one runs a site, it despawns after a week and reappears in a new system.

This only applies to random anoms, not the ones granted by high indices.

If you want more sites, find the holes with lots of sites and run them. I regularly find w-space systems with 20-30 anoms and sigs while probing shortcuts. They're out there, go find em.

According to Elletha.com the system anomalies I'm referring to are the following: Pulsar, Black Hole, Cataclysmic variable, Wolf Rayet, and etc.

This would be entirely too destabalizing for current systems, often having been settled, and fits being designed by the residents. In fact, the entire reason CCP designed these anoms was to give wspace some flavor that encouraged "home field advantage" alternate fitting choices for residents.

HOWEVER

I like the idea of a chaotic/turbulent system that switches anomaly types regularly. Maybe with a few extra effects thrown in (purely negative ones, stuff like systemwide damage over time or cap drain etc.

You could have these systems spawn some special new sleeper sites with gear to build rigs that make ships immune to the negative "storm" effects (but not the normal anomaly effects you'd find in other systems) as well as have it generate a unique "random exit" static that throws you to a random k162 elsewhere in wspace.

Have it spawn abandoned versions of sleeper data and relic sites (as the sleepers ****** off after they broke the sun) to encourage people to put up with its randomly abusive nature, and make sure there are cool visual effects when the system changes.

Call them "Turbulent Systems"
