Alright so i got main in null doing war, but sometimes its dead and I need something else to do, got an indy alt hat i think my sell off and start training maybe a combat PVE pilot for the null downtime. Maybe you ac guide on what to do with indy alt: 125 trades, hulk, orca, rorq, gallente lev 4 capable, good drone skills, high sec refinement, some research and production. The alt has about 41 mill sp and worth now about 28-32 bill.

Really hate downtime in null whats best solution? I was considering FW alt to keep it fun but i have not decided yet, as i will run out of isk if i PVP only :P

Your second alt could have dissociative identity disorder.

Use Jump Clones?

I HNNNGGHHH at the idea of having an alt with as many SP as yours does.
No way would I sell it if I was you.

Perhaps start another character as a cloaky/fast scout/explorer.

ye i am considering all options, maybe even removing certain JF orca, rorq skills and making another combat pilot, but i am intersted in what poeple have to say about their alt situation, and again main problem here is to deal with downtime in null.

Your best option is either using some of the SP to make a starter for another decent toon, putting 5mil SP onto it and then taking the time to train the alpha skills will give you a nice 10mil SP toon in a few months. Putting on a few more will get you a dedicated T2 capable toon easily up to about 20mil SP.

Your other option is simply using the skills you HAVE atm on it and branching out. Shoring up the basics with an injector or two well placed will give you access to whatever it is youd like to do. Having Gallente AND drones decently will already give you a PVE toon instantly already so you technically DONT have to do anything really but start training other supporting PVE skills. Again if you need to fast track into Domi or Rattle its basically 1 or 2 injectors if you have the drone skills already. Same with Gila or ishtar.

So you are really asking for something you should technically already have atm with what you have said skills wise.Roll

Have you heard anything I've said?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

That's right.

Had to end sometime.

If you want to do casual PvP outside your alliance then RvB is probably your best option in terms of isk/fun/time/not breaking some bizarre rule regarding blues/territory/bullshit.

Surely your main can shoot red X's in null? It'll bring some iskies in and might get you a fight anyway?

Still looking for ideas, I hear some folks prefer FW over null, this is a very big topic who wants to pitch in with details?

I would suggest faction warfare and amarr role play. That was my initial desire for this but I've become somewhat sidetracked from that. someone's gotta reenslave the rust weasels for glory of the empire.

If you're already in null, have an indy alt and indy seems to be an option why not start doing indy stuff in null?

Why do you even need others to get ideas on what to do in EVE?

Remove standings and insurance.

ugh idk i was thnking about it, but PVE/indy alt kinda has to remain in high sec for some mission runs, cause null is null cant jsut take off anytime, so when i have issues i need some sort of anytime safe options, never did indy in null so i iam not sure how to go arround it yet.
