Just installed this for the first time.

Apologies if it's been asked, but is there a way to manually enter either the system index or tax rate? I'm in a high sec azbel, which doesn't appear to be supported yet. So I can pick the system to get the correct system index, but then can only pick npc stations & 10% tax rate. Or I can pick an outpost to manually set the tax rate, but that only allows me to pick some systems (Null regions only?), so I can't set the right system index.

Not a huge deal, I can turn off taxes, then manually add them, or manually adjust from the 10%. But I just want to check I'm not missing something obvious.

What I have been doing is selecting the proper system and the POS module closest to what the EC really gives. For me this is normally under calling it by 1% (POS module gives 2% bonus, the EC 1%).

To correct the numbers I lower the ME on the blueprint by 1 and the numbers match what happens in game.

You can adjust the system index manually on the options tab in the facilities box. So best bet for now would probably be to set the facility to an outpost and then adjust the system index that way.

You could also get any SQL manager and edit the value of the equipment array, that's what I did. just remember to multiply the bonus from the EC instead of adding them (e.g: 1% bonus from EC + 2% from rigs = 2.98%).

I am having an issue with incorrect pricing, I have updated pricing using both the eve central and he CCP data options and get the same issue.

I am downloading prices fro Jita for Quantum Microprocessors, IPH says buy the item and states the price is 48.526k ppu, the market price is 56k ppu whch pushes the program over the threahhold to say build it. I know that the market can move quickly in Jitaso I suppose that the price could have moved that much in a very short space of time .

I dont know if this is an issue or just a fast moving market, is there anyway I can ensure up to date pricing (within say 5 minutes) rather than manually altering priin

I used the program succesfully only two hours ago, but on re-opening it now I cannot get past the first couple steps

"Unable to download CREST data for Citadel Information
Error: The operation has timed out"

followed by the next popup which closes the program with this log:

"An Unhandled Exception has occured and EVE Isk per Hour will now close.

Please fill out the following information so I can reproduce the bug

What is your Operating System?
What tab or screen did the error occur?
What are the steps to reproduce the Error?

I was not aware that Citadel information was available yet for the api even, so perhaps this is a transition problem to be resolved soon?

@Zifrian, as always, I will troubleshoot for you in game if you need me to...

sorry, yes, to follow directions, I am on windows 10, and the error is produced on any attempt to load the program ...

in most cases you have told me in the past to do a fresh install, which I will do if I do not hear back soon.

btw I ran as administrator per the patch notes on github ... nothing changed

I just did a fresh install and got the same

"Unable to download CREST data for Citadel Information
Error: The operation has timed out"

then I got this, which is slightly different:

"An Unhandled Exception has occured and EVE Isk per Hour will now close.

btw Zifrian, I do own a single asset item in the Perimeter V Trade Hub citadel that is going through reinforcement because they are at war with Pandemic Horde.

I do not know the status of the citadel, but it is possible that item has entered asset safety, or will soon.

Perhaps this is the nature of the citadel api pull error.

When you guys download your prices what is the best option to use eve central or ccp data?

@Precator ... Eve central loads much faster but CCP data is usually a little more up to date

if you have a high SVR then prices are usually pretty stable, so eve central ... but if you need up to the minute data CCP, like if you have a sub 0.50 SVR that changes price a lot

interesting column to add is the Percentage change column ... it can tell you a lot, esp if you are on short term SVR data like a week or 15 days (when you select SVR settings then it pulls prices for that period too) ... for 30 day SVR things will always appear more stable than they will be when trying to sell it.

does this help?

First time poster in this thread. o7

I added a few pirate/faction ships to owned Blueprints too see/watch how profitable they are with IPH, since, well, I could just buy them from contracts easily at any given time. But now I'm having issues with including BPC costs for e.g. pirate/faction ship BPCs, or the various items that can only be built from looted BPCs in general.

E.g. Stratios BPCs are about 200 million ISK in contracts for a 1-run 0/0 BPC (the only kind afaik).

I can set additional costs to that 200m in the Blueprints tab, save it, and it'll show in Blueprint Management, but in the Manufacturing List tab, the Total Costs column won't include it, in this case resulting in 200m false/extra profit showing.

Basically anything built off a similar BPC will end up at the top of the Manufacturing List.

Tried removing the BP from the owned category, and while I initially did have some trouble getting IPH to show any costs at all for it, and with having the Stratios BPC test case as favourite but not owned, I did get it at least showing the mineral etc. costs correctly, but no matter which combinations of owned, favourite and unowned I tried, I couldn't get the Stratios to include the Additional Cost in the Total Costs.

Am I missing something or is this a bug/missing feature? The additional cost does get added into the profit calculations on the Blueprints tab, just not on the Manufacturing List.

Does the autolink EVE function not work with this? Admittedly I've not tried it with multiple items at once, but you can right click on any text and the client will try to autolink it for you.

No, copies as a simple text.

and if a have 30+ items its very hard to link all of them manually :)

If the option is checked under settings then as far as I am aware it will only copy links in game from the copy to clipboard under manufacturing list and not the actual shopping list. I am not sure why but that is the only way I can get in game links to work

I am still getting an issue with incorrect pricing, Ive tried CCP data and eve central data and I am inding that I have to manually alter the makret price of most things which makes using the app a chore especially if there are lots of items as there doesnt seem to be a way to update market price quickly over a lot of items.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, there is a way, but you can't seem to get the way to work. Are the prices systematically high or low or all over the place?

Doublechecking: Do you have the price update settings set up the way you want, i.e. correct trade hub/region, and min/max, percentile i.e. 5%, median, or average? I mostly just import for one hub or region, either Jita or the local hub, sometimes 2-3 regions, and don't bother with the rest.

I assume, but haven't checked, that if you load prices for all of New Eden, IPH will look for the best deals for your raw mats, when you probably just want to buy them at the local trade hub or possibly Jita, and only grab them from other places (e.g. elsewhere in the region(s) where one lives) if you can get a particularly good deal.

I'm getting this too, also Windows 10.

The loading splash screen stops at "updating facility data" to say it can't download CREST data for industry facilities, then does it again at "loading character data from API" with a warning about CREST data for citadel info. The after that second warning it crashes.

Have an issue with build Shopping list.
I have some updates to "items to buy" list ad then saved it into a txt file.
When i load the list i only see items in category "Items to Build", and there is nothing in "Items to Buy" and "Components to Build".
But when looking into txt file all that items are present there.
