Buying plexs from steam

I have a question I bought plexs from steam and haven't received them and I have been Waiting for a few hrs and still nothing but I didn't buy Eve from steam would I still get them plexs or get a refund.

Looking at the Steam forum it appears to be ALOT of issues around buying PLEX from them. Not sure if it's possible to get a refund but give it a shot.

Steam Customer service suck balls so don´t expect much help from them. Perhaps CCP can give you some pointers on what to do.

Soon to be Trading Alt. All future Forum activities will be conducted by Akane Togenada who for all purposes and until further notice shall be considered the "Main" of this player.

Though it's too late now, I warn you to avoid the steam version of eve LIKE THE FREAKING PLAGUE. It's nothing but problems on top of problems with that service. Though I understand why you'd be tempted to buy PLEX on there with it being so damn cheap at almost $13 per plex.

What problems, exactly? I started EVE several years ago, because Steam had a special discount offer. Hadn't even heard of the game prior to that. Played about 4 months then, and 6 weeks so far this go-round.

The only issue I've noticed so far, is I can add my other (non-Steam) account to the launcher for Steam, so I can launch either account. But from a separate install (i.e. not a Steam connected install), I can launch my other non-Steam account, but every attempt to add the Steam account to that launcher has failed. Not a huge deal, just keeps me from playing Eve on the main account when my son wants to play on of my other Steam games.

PS - to clarify, never bought a PLEX through them (or at all, really). Just run the game through Steam. However, I don't think a Steam user is limited to getting PLEX through Steam.

My Steam version of EVE works without issues and have done for several months. Where I to buy Plex I would do so directly from CCP to avoid any fuss.
