Gathering market data in a specific range

Hello,

for my future business transactions, I would need to get a slice of the whole market records.

The filtering conditions would be:

- Only for a specific station;
- Only relative to items in a specific range of average price in a timeframe (probably 30 days);
- Only relative to items in a specific range of average volume in a timeframe (probably 30 days).

What would be the easist method to get those informations? Is there a tool already that outputs what I seek?

Have not seen API which would tell the station where an item was sold. There are some which would do it for the whole region I think.
