I'm trying to move our corporation HQ to a system we did previously have it at.
I've tried when the system was and wasn't vulnerable
I've already got an office there already, i get the same error in other systems we have offices in.

Is this a pure CEO thing?
I'm a director
Error message:


SEC regards the location you are in as being part of a territorial dispute. SEC rules forbid HQs of corporations being created in or relocated to disputed territories. Due to this you can not move your HQ here.
