Corporation has no assets, has a max member count of 250, almost 0 standings with all factions.

The amount of members that can be in a corporation is based on the skill of the CEO.

And you are not allowed to sell characters that isn't in an NPC corporation.

It is based on the skills of the CEO when he click updates
you can get a max corp skilled in, update to his skills and have him leave the corp after and it keeps the stats from that guys skills.

He is not selling the character, he is selling the corporation.
