How to use the file of EVEResources whick download form the EVE COMMUNITY

https://binaries.eveonline.com/EVEResources.7z right?

Download it (don't rename it) and stick it in the same directory as the installer (http://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLauncher-1104888.exe ) (It's probably in the same directory unless you moved it)

Then run the installer. It should pick up the file (if you didn't rename it) and unpack the contents, giving you a full install with minimal additional downloads.
