Shield hitpoint pirate implant set - Will there be one?

I read quite some time ago that a shield equivalent of the armor HP set (slaves) would be added, so we could have an implant set for shield HP. Is this being added soon?

Maybe. Maybe not.

I hope so, but we don't know when or if beyond what has been indicated as a general desire to introduce them. Certainly no indication of anything soon, but who knows.

That is a concretely vague answer.

Unfortunately like most things CCP talks about at Fanfest, it seems to have been abandoned or put on hold for a long time. Hopefully they come through soon, as armor VS shield implants are extremely imbalanced now.

Some of those other sets look like fun, too.

It's not imbalanced. Shield implant set is for active tank, while armor is for buffer. More of a pick between than imbalanced.

Armor has HP and repair amount set implants.

Except no. They already introduced the Asklepian set, which is a mirror of the Crystal set, and then forgot about the whole project. Shield only has an active set, while armor has a an active and a buffer set now.

If they ever make one; it probably wont give the same percent bonus as slaves because of he way shield recharge works.
