I noticed while creating a Corp ad that there is a box for "Roleplay".

After browsing the forums, I did not see a section for such discussions. Seeing EVE Fiction, I thought perhaps the regulars of this section of the forum would be familiar with a good resource to link up and talk to other like minded people who wish to roleplay in the EVE Universe.

EVE Fiction can be used for OOC talks just fine, while Intergalactic Summit is used for purely IC discussions.

If you are okay with 3rd party forums, then there is also Backstage, which is an OOC RP discussion forum.
