EVE | STORE checkout error

I keep getting a strange message in the EVE STORE when selecting shipping addresses and proceeding with checkout. I've tried selecting multiple shipping addresses, to USA and Japan, and it gives the same error/message:

There are no shipping methods available to the selected destination(s).

Also, I couldn't find anywhere else to put this post, and the store@eveonline.com mail has NOT been answered.... anyone encounter this same issue or know what's causing it?
